Terri Erwin

Biography

Dr. Erwin joined the Foundation Board in 2020 and serves on the Foundation Academic Enrichment Committee working with Mini Grants. She is interested in helping promote creative learning, healthy lifestyles, along with academic extracurricular activities through the Foundation Board.

Dr. Erwin relocated back to her hometown after serving as Associate Professor with the University of Louisville with the Departments of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, General Psychiatry, and Pediatrics. She worked in the Bingham Clinic and the Weisskopf Child Evaluation Center with the University of Louisville, with special interests in Developmental Disorders, Autism, Tourette’s Disorder, and anxiety disorders. After returning to Murray, to assist with an elderly parent, she is working with the Veteran’s Administration, serving as a Women’s Mental Health Specialist.

Dr. Erwin’s son, Isaac Gallimore, graduated from Murray High School in 2020. He was a member of the Murray High School Band, winning State Championship for their section, and additionally as a member of the Murray High School Speech Team qualifying for Nationals in Extemporaneous Speaking his senior year. She has volunteered as a Band and Speech Team parent.
